Hotel: Hong Kong TST (HKGKH), 11 Middle Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon

Our guests’ safety and comfort always come first. Which is why we’re seeking out a Duty Engineer for Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong to ensure the Hotel equipment is operated in accordance with Kimpton standards and to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

1. Supervising the Engineering team and contractors to carry out routine maintenance work and in-house operation
2. Managing hotel in-house coordination, fire system and Building Management System
3. Executing the Preventive Maintenance Programme
4. Monitoring the Utilities Consumption and Daily Operation
5. Reporting to the Director of Engineering

What we need from you

1. A minimum of 4 years’ experience in hotel engineering operation
2. A diploma in building services engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering science or equivalent
3. Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)
4. Experience on handling hotel operation and fire services systems
5. Strong technical hands-on skills
6. Overnight shift is required
7. Good communication and coaching skills
8. Good command in spoken English and Chinese
