3+ years in a senior financial management role with proven leadership skills.
CIMA, CIPFA, ACCA, or ICA qualifications are essential.

Job Description

Leading the Accounting & Finance department and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Developing financial strategies and setting targets for the team.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Overseeing budgeting and financial planning processes.
Liaising with external auditors and managing internal audits.
Providing financial advice to the organisation's leadership.
Promoting a culture of financial awareness and responsibility across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Management Accounts should have:

Must have further education experience-University or College experience
CIMA, CIPFA, ACCA, ICA
3 years in a similar senior role
A professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
Proven experience in a senior financial management role.
Excellent understanding of financial regulations and standards.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
The ability to formulate and implement financial strategies.
