People & Culture Advisor - Leading BioTech Scale-Up

Location: Central London

Working Pattern: 2 days from home

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Bonus and Equity Options

Hawkwood are partnering with one of the UK’s leading AI scale ups, at the forefront of AI and Bio Tech, looking to transform the industry. We are seeking an experienced People Advisor to join their growing People Team and influence their culture and drive meaningful impact.

As a People Advisor, you will work cross-functionally and have the opportunity to be part of a team revolutionising healthcare through innovation. If you’re passionate about people, culture, and creating impact, please keep reading.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work with the wider people team, collaborating on People projects including engagement, DEI, and key team initiatives.
2. Support the Partnering team to provide a world-class people service to the wider business.
3. Play a key role in managing their unique onboarding experience, including inductions and pre-boarding interaction.
4. Support in the development and continuous improvement of a high-performance People function.
5. Provide support to the team, constantly innovating and improving ideas, with the mission of the organisation always in mind.

Qualifications:

You will be a good fit if you have:

1. ~3 years experience in a People team, in the Tech or Biotechnology space.
2. A collaborative nature and solution-oriented approach.
3. The passion to work alongside some of the smartest minds from across their area of expertise.
4. A desire to cultivate strong relationships and support on high-impact projects.
5. Excellent organisational skills, a drive for professional improvement, and a tenacious attention to detail.
