We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic D365 F&O Delivery Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of D365 F&O projects, ensuring that all project milestones, deliverables, and objectives are met within the agreed timelines and budget.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and consultants, to deliver high-quality D365 F&O solutions. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster professional growth.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Manage expectations, address concerns, and ensure alignment between project objectives and business needs.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and ensure proactive communication to stakeholders regarding any changes in project scope or timelines.

Technical Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of D365 F&O to provide guidance on best practices, solution design, and system integration. Ensure the delivered solution aligns with the client’s business processes and requirements.

Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and reliability of the D365 F&O solution. Conduct regular project reviews and audits to maintain high standards of delivery.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and financial reports. Ensure comprehensive documentation of all project activities and deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivery management with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in D365 F&O, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of D365 F&O architecture, modules, and integration capabilities. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflicts, and drive project success in a fast-paced environment.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

  • Public Sector experience highly desirable.
