Linear Partners are working with a leading US Investment Bank in their search for an Analyst to join their team in London.
Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in the execution of M&A transactions.
- Conduct financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence to support transaction processes.
- Conduct preparation and review of materials including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of deals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking/M&A, private equity, or corporate M&A.
- Strong financial acumen: Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, financial modelling, and valuation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
