As an Interim Marketing Procurement Manager / Specialist, you will spearhead strategic sourcing for high-impact marketing categories, ensuring world-class partnerships that elevate brand presence on a global scale.

Your Mission:

  1. Develop Best-in-Class Procurement Strategies - Define and execute procurement plans across a wide range of marketing categories, driving cost efficiency without compromising on creative and brand excellence.
  2. Lead the Procurement of Global Advertising & Media - Manage contracts and negotiations for ATL & BTL marketing, including digital, social, and traditional media channels, ensuring maximum ROI and innovation.
  3. Oversee Creative, PR, and Production Services - Source and manage world-class agencies for branding, content creation, photography, videography, and global PR campaigns.
  4. Sponsorships & Partnerships - Secure and manage high-profile sponsorship deals, influencer collaborations, and motorsport partnerships that amplify brand visibility and engagement.
  5. Experiential & Events Procurement - Deliver outstanding events, product launches, and VIP experiences by optimising supplier relationships and ensuring seamless execution.
  6. Merchandising & Licensing - Work with top-tier suppliers for branded merchandise, ensuring quality, exclusivity, and profitability.
  7. Marketing Technology & CRM Solutions - Source best-in-class Martech, data analytics, and CRM platforms to enhance customer engagement and drive commercial success.

What You Bring:

  • Proven expertise in marketing procurement, ideally within automotive, luxury, or high-performance sectors.
  • A strategic thinker & skilled negotiator with experience managing multi-million-pound contracts across global agency networks.
  • A deep understanding of marketing procurement subcategories, from media buying and sponsorships to experiential events and Martech.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, working with senior stakeholders and external partners to drive best-in-class results.
  • CIPS / MCIPS qualification is a plus but not essential.
