About the Role:
The role will be responsible for driving better operational excellence of our platform specialists in the EMEA office (through adoption of tools, automation and processes) and evolving the working relationship between the OMD EMEA and Annalect India. You will be the key contact for both Annalect India and the client teams and Performance (Digital) Marketing function, gathering feedback from both parties, standardising process cross agency where appropriate, analysing the current scope and exploring opportunities for growth.
This role will have three key functions:
This includes training and upskilling, taking and assessing briefs, allocating workload, ensuring quality outputs, and monitoring performance & allocation.
This role reports to the Digital Partner, with a dotted line into the Head of Business Operations and will work closely with senior leads at Annalect India. The role will also involve working collaboratively with many different people and teams within the agencies and at Annalect India. Therefore you must be confident in building relationships with others (sometimes at a senior level) and be able to work alongside them to deliver successful growth and improved ways of working.
