Salary – National Circa £50,000 / London Circa £65,000

A bit about the job:

The Outsource Supplier Relationship Manager (SRM) oversees a longstanding BPO outsourced contract valued at c.£450m, ensuring our partnership delivers value, aligns with Aviva’s goals, and meets customer needs. Acting as the critical link between Aviva and our supplier, you’ll drive operational excellence, manage service levels, resolve challenges, and support key business units. This role requires resilience, adaptability, and a focus on fostering long-term relationships to deliver mutual success and innovative solutions.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Contract Management Expertise: Proven experience in post-deal contract management, including negotiating, drafting, and ensuring adherence to contract terms, with a focus on maximising value and maintaining compliance.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial and business principles, with a track record of delivering cost efficiency and additional value from contracts.
• Relevant Industry Experience: A background in Insurance or Financial Services is highly desirable, with professional qualifications such as CIPS, IACCM, or equivalent being an advantage.
• Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyse data, identify trends, and resolve issues to improve performance and enhance supplier efficiency.

• Salary – National Circa £50,000 / London Circa £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
