We are seeking a dedicated individual to join as a Student Behaviour Mentor in April 2025. We are a specialist education school located in Newbury, supporting primary students aged 4-11 years old. The Student Behaviour Mentor role focuses on building trust and rapport, developing independence, and motivating students throughout their education.

Responsibilities:

1. Supporting pupils facing behaviour management challenges
2. Helping students to learn and practice healthy coping mechanisms
3. Tracking progress and implementing education plans
4. Practicing effective communication skills to resolve conflicts and emotional regulation
5. Motivating students to develop independence and engagement with learning material

1. £80 - £95 per day
2. 8am-4pm, Monday - Friday, Full Time

Experience supporting children on a personal or professional level is very beneficial. Relevant education or previous experience is welcomed.
