About the Role

We are looking for experienced cleaner operatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and welcoming. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Schedule:

Part time shift – Monday to Friday 6pm to 10pm

Full time shift – Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, toilets, kitchens and communal spaces.
• Sanitise surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness.
• Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet their cleaning needs.

Requirements

• Must have right to work and stay in the UK.
• Proficiency in English to ensure clear communication with clients and team members.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role is beneficial; training will also be provided.
