Senior Service Advisor – Milton Keynes
Basic Salary - £32,000
OTE - £42,000

Our client, a busy Franchised Van Centre in Milton Keynes has the requirement for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their successful Aftersales team.

Senior Service Advisor Responsibilities

As a Senior Service Advisor your responsibilities will include:

  1. Support the Aftersales Manager with the smooth running of the Service Department
  2. Meet and Greet Customers
  3. Explain to customers the work due to be carried out on their vehicle
  4. Accurate completion of courtesy car insurance paperwork
  5. Calling customers with progress updates and advise of any work needed
  6. Liaising with the Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting Team and Drivers
  7. Invoicing work carried out
  8. Invoice explanation and taking payment
  9. Quoting, introducing and selling of Service Plans
  10. Ensuring all Warranty paperwork is correctly completed
  11. Delivering the highest level of customer service at all times
Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  1. 3 years Motor Trade Service Advisor experience
  2. Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:

  1. Senior Service Advisor Experience
  2. Franchised Dealership Experience
  3. Kerridge or Pinnacle Experience
Remuneration & Benefits

Basic Salary of £32,000
On Target Earnings of £42,000

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm
Saturday Mornings on a Rota
