Job Title: Commercial Insurance Account Handler
Location: Manchester
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Handle mid-term adjustments efficiently, maintaining policy accuracy and client satisfaction
• Nurture and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
• Negotiate favourable terms with insurers for policy renewals and adjustments
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide tailored insurance advice to clients
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client base
• Contribute to new business growth by supporting sales initiatives and occasionally handling new client onboarding
• Resolve client queries and issues promptly, maintaining high standards of customer service

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial insurance broking
• Proficient in MS Office (knowledge of insurance software beneficial)
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
