Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Handle mid-term adjustments efficiently, maintaining policy accuracy and client satisfaction
Nurture and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
Negotiate favourable terms with insurers for policy renewals and adjustments
Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide tailored insurance advice to clients
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client base
Contribute to new business growth by supporting sales initiatives and occasionally handling new client onboarding
Resolve client queries and issues promptly, maintaining high standards of customer service
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial insurance broking
Proficient in MS Office (knowledge of insurance software beneficial)
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
