The Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help us turn data into actionable insights that inform product development and business strategy. You’ll work closely with our product and marketing teams, helping them track key metrics, analyse trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

This role is perfect for someone early in their career who has a strong analytical mindset and a passion for working with data.

What You’ll Do

• Analyse product and user data using our existing data warehouse to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reports to help product teams make informed decisions.
• Assist with A/B testing and experimentation, helping analyse results to improve our product.
• Work as part of the core data team to ensure data models align with business needs.
• Support product and business teams in becoming more data-literate and confident in using data to guide decisions.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in data analysis.
• Some knowledge of SQL (e.g., writing queries to retrieve and analyse data).
• Some experience with data visualisation (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A numerical background is important.
• Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A curious and eager-to-learn attitude.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Experience working with data warehouses and ETL pipelines.
• Experience with Power BI and DAX.
• Exposure to Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience in a product-driven or SaaS company.
