We are currently working with a leading Big 4 M&A Deals tax team who are looking to expand their regional teams with Assistant Manager level appointments across the North, specifically Manchester & Glasgow.

Your new role:

• You'll be involved in the full lifecycle of a deal, getting involved in M&A, business recovery, and real estate.
• Working with a diverse and national client base supporting high profile multi-national organisations, Private Equity backed businesses, start-ups, and Owner managed businesses.
• Buy side & sell side due diligence projects
• Business development activities, getting involved in supporting the wider team with new business
• Work closely with more junior members of staff, helping develop, mentor, and coach.

What you'll need to be successful:

• Either CTA, ACA, ACCA, or ICAS qualified
• Exposure to M&A / Deals tax
• Strong work ethic and a passion for deals tax
• Sound corporate tax knowledge
