About You:
We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in administration and success in a healthcare role is desirable—you know your way around patient records and appointment bookings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills—you can juggle tasks while keeping patients informed and supported.
• A genuine passion for patient care and a desire to make a positive impact in the community.
• Adaptability and flexibility—to work across an in-hours and after-hours roster and occasional weekend shifts with attractive shift penalties.

Your Role at a Glance:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will:

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and referrers, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Book medical exams and appointments, providing clear and helpful information.
• Manage patient records with care and a high level of attention to detail, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with Medicare billing and banking, supported by your team.
• You will need to be available to work extended trading hours - 6:00am - 9:30pm
