About the Role:

My client is seeking a highly skilled QA Manager with a strong background in SaaS product quality assurance to lead our testing strategy, manage a dynamic QA team, and ensure the reliability of their software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced CI/CD environments, working with automation tools like Selenium and Cucumber, and overseeing both technical and business testing. This role is 60% hands-on, with the remaining 40% focused on strategy, leadership, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Define and implement QA strategies for SaaS products in a CI/CD environment.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium and Cucumber.
• Oversee manual and automated testing efforts for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Ensure robust business testing processes, including client onboarding, data migration, and order management.
• Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of QA within the software development lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics, continuously improving test efficiency and coverage.
• Ensure that test environments and data are properly managed and maintained.
• Act as a key stakeholder in release planning, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Manager, leading teams in a SaaS environment.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD workflows and test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Cucumber.
• Experience in business testing, including client onboarding, data migration, and order management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and TestRail.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Desirable:

• Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing.
• Experience with API testing using tools like Postman.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
