A leading UK and international law firm

THE ROLE

We have a new vacancy for a Banking/Finance Associate Solicitor NQ-3 PQE to join a well-established Banking & Finance team.

The role will be broad ranging and will involve working on banking and finance transactions, cross-border international trade, and investment projects.

Clients include high profile financial institutions, overseas lenders, private banks, and private investors.

The post holder will be expected to handle the following:

  1. Assisting with the management of banking and finance transactions.
  2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating banking documentation.
  3. Managing client deadlines and transaction delivery.
  4. Legal and sector knowledge development.
  5. Working closely with other teams to ensure that larger projects are delivered within agreed scales.

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role, you will have completed a banking/finance seat as a trainee.

You will have a solid academic record with strong commercial skills and business acumen.

Candidates with property experience would be of particular interest.

The role can be based in the City or Thames Valley.
