Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Technician for a locum role at a private hospital in London. The successful candidate will be based in the dispensary and will be responsible for labelling and dispensing medications using the Epic and Meditech systems, as well as receiving deliveries and managing stock.

In this role, you will also be required to carry out ward stock top-ups using Omnicells.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Label and dispense medications using Epic and Meditech systems
2. Receive and manage deliveries, placing stock away appropriately
3. Perform ward stock top-ups using Omnicells
4. Ensure medication dispensing procedures comply with all hospital regulations and policies
5. Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills and Experience Required:

1. Experience using Omnicells is essential
2. Epic or Meditech experience is highly desirable
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Previous experience working within a hospital or clinical setting is preferred

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Technician looking for a short-term contract in a well-regarded private hospital setting.
