Head4Talent are currently working with a rapidly expanding technology business based in Cardiff to hire a commercially focused FP&A Manager.

Role Overview

As the Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) Manager you will spearhead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, analyse financial outcomes, and offer insights crucial for senior management to meet the company's financial goals.

Duties

• Develop comprehensive budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads to align with strategic objectives.
• Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to ensure robust financial plans.
• Deliver regular financial reports to monitor performance, track key initiatives, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Enhance FP&A processes, review KPIs, and improve management information visualization.
• Manage financial systems, tools, and databases while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

• Demonstrated ability in FP&A/Commercial roles with a focus on operational excellence and commercial acumen.
• Proficient in analytical problem-solving and FP&A implementation.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Anaplan.
• Strong written communication skills for concise, non-technical presentations to Senior Management and the Board.
