Head Chef

Our Richmond Road shop is just around the corner from Hackney Central and London Fields. With the biggest outside area and the busiest Deliveroo trade, this is a proper locals hang out. Head Chef rate of pay £33,000 + Service Charge + Quarterly Bonus. Our Head Chef’s are expected to lead from the front, setting the tone and energy for their kitchen. Working closely with the GM to exceed targets set out by Ops, understanding it’s not just about numbers, but the importance of managing your team to get the best out of them. You’ll be well organised and confident in using a stock system, training junior team members and keeping on top of kitchen standards set out by Patty & Bun.

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS HEAD CHEF EXPERIENCE IN FAST PACED CASUAL DINING.
