At least 5 years experience in the Engineering/Machining industry is required.
No prior tutor/trainer experience is necessary as training will be provided.

Pay and working hours:

Per hour/Salary: 32,000 - 38,262

6000 government grant if applying from Engineering industry

Experience Needed:

You would need at least 5 years experience working within the Engineering/ Machining industry. You do not need any tutor/ trainer experience as full training will be provided if successful.

Responsibilities:

Delivering engaging practical and theoretical training sessions across apprenticeship and FE pathways.
Designing and developing innovative training materials, including online resources, ensuring effective employer engagement and skill development.
Providing high-quality assessment, feedback, and evaluation to drive continuous improvement.
Supporting curriculum development, quality assurance, and student success initiatives.
Contributing to student recruitment through interviews, open days, and industry events.
