What You’ll Be Doing:

About You

You’ll be a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, ready to lead high-complexity product development.

• Degree/MSc/PhD in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of product leadership experience in complex instrumentation, precision technology, or high-tech equipment.
• Proven track record of bringing technical products to market successfully.
• Strong leadership and team management skills within a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Experience working in fast-paced, innovation-driven organisations.
