Learning Support Assistant – Wallingford – Immediate Start
Location: Wallingford | Pay: £84-£90 per day | Full-Time, Long-Term Role

Are you looking for a rewarding role in education? A welcoming and supportive primary school in Wallingford is seeking a Learning Support Assistant in Wallingford to join their team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to support children’s learning and gain valuable experience in a school environment.

Learning Support Assistant – Wallingford – Key Responsibilities:

* Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Help create a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
* Work closely with staff and the SENCO to adapt learning materials to meet pupils' needs.

What We’re Looking For in a Learning Support Assistant in Wallingford:

A passion for supporting children’s education and development.
Experience working with young people (school-based experience, tutoring, childcare, mentoring, etc.).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with SEN is an advantage but not essential.
