As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be supporting the current team through a busy period by working through orders in the group mailbox, updating the system to process these orders, keeping Excel databases up to date, and occasionally answering inbound calls from customers to provide order support.
We are looking for you to have previous experience in administration, customer service, or call handling to work as a Customer Care Advisor, so you can confidently navigate the Salesforce system, Excel databases, and support inbound calls.
