Facilities: This modern, well-equipped practice is purpose-built to industry-leading standards and has digital X-ray, ultrasound, lab, and pharmacy facilities.

Team: You will be joining a team of 2 full-time Vets, 1 part-time Vet, 2 RVNs, 3 Student Veterinary Nurses, and 3 Veterinary Care Assistants.

The Role: Our client seeks an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly team.

Duties: They have a varied caseload including cats, dogs, rabbits, and small furries. The practice partner has a passion for exotics. They also benefit from one vet working towards their certificate in small animal surgery and another going through an Advanced practitioner status in small animal medicine. They are keen to develop talent, so if you have a particular area of interest, they could be the practice for you!

Hours:

• Part-Time Vet position available
• Offering 23 hours per week with a weekend rota of 1 in 3 Saturdays.
• Sole charge responsibility on occasion but no OOH, ensuring a healthy work/life balance.

Skills/Experience:

• Confident with all routine medical and surgical cases.
• 2-3 years’ experience is required; an interest in exotics is desirable.
• Enjoyment of the relationship-building side of the role is essential, as they value the service they provide.

Salary: Competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)
