A successful architectural firm in West Sussex has an Architectural Technician job now available. You'll work on high–rise projects in London, focusing on cladding and retrofit work.
Our client, a well–established architectural practice, is entering an exciting new phase of growth with a robust pipeline of projects. Their diverse portfolio encompasses residential, educational, healthcare, and sustainability sectors.
They are currently leading high–profile cladding remediation projects for multilevel buildings in London and managing a variety of retrofit projects across the UK. Due to this expansion, they are seeking an Architectural Technician to join their team.
- Working on façade, cladding, and retrofit projects
- Production of planning and technical drawing packages
- Use Revit proficiently
- Working as part of a team
- Developing design–led solutions to issues.
- Qualified Architectural Technician
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Experience with the use of Revit is essential
- Retrofit project experience beneficial
- Façade and cladding experience would be highly advantageous
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
- £30,000 – £40,000 salary depending on professional and sector experience
- Hybrid working one day a week
- Flexible working around core hours of 10.00 – 4.00pm
