Base pay range

VMA GROUP & Jack Pascoe are working with an awesome utilities company who are in an exciting growth phase, expanding the marketing function. This search for a positive, ambitious and hands-on marketing manager is to develop, implement, and execute the marketing plan, which is to have a great focus on business strategy encompassing segmentation, positioning, messaging, and campaign management, leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels to drive growth objectives.

You will:

  • Develop and implement annual Marketing & Communications plans for the business.
  • Identify customer personas and create targeted collateral to support each stage of the customer journey.
  • Plan and execute demand generation and conversion initiatives, including organic and paid search campaigns, social media strategies, content creation, events, and more.
  • Manage and maintain a database of relevant contacts, leveraging demand generation marketing campaigns to drive engagement.
  • Identify business opportunities within key customer market segments to support sales and commercial objectives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with target groups, such as high-density developers, consultants, and architects.
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, maximizing synergies with the brand/business.
  • Contribute to content creation for blogs, white papers, website, social media, and other publications to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with our PR agency to foster media relationships and support PR and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with established brand guidelines.

Additional Eligibility Requirements:

  • 3 Days minimum into office located in Coventry.
  • 5 years min. experience in B2B marketing at a similar level.
  • Degree or equivalent in Marketing.
  • CRM Experience, preferably Salesforce.
  • WordPress experience.
