Aria Care is looking to appoint a Quality & Compliance Manager with regulatory experience who will undertake quality assurance monitoring and evaluation of registered care services under the direction of the Quality & Governance Director across the group. Contributing to the development of a formal quality assurance and integrated clinical governance system aligned with regulatory requirements.

Requirements For The Role

• Detailed knowledge of national regulatory frameworks
• Recognised qualification in health and social care
• Excellent communication and skills in motivating others
