We're Hiring: Branch Manager & Salesperson – East London
We're looking for a dynamic and driven professional to take on a dual role as a Branch Manager and Salesperson for our East London brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with removals industry experience who wants to lead a team, drive sales, and grow within a thriving removals and storage group.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducting survey and sales visits, securing new business.
- Proactively developing the brand as part of a growing group.
- Recruiting, developing, and leading a local removals team with back-office support.
- Managing day-to-day operations, sales, and staff performance.
- Adapting between sales and management (approx. 50/50 split, but flexible).
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of removals industry experience – essential.
- A valid UK driving licence – essential.
- A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives on sales success and team development.
- Someone who can travel around East London (company van provided).
