What will you do?

As a Service Engineer, you will be pivotal in servicing Security Systems including Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control Systems. You will provide top-tier customer service while ensuring that systems meet industry standards. We are seeking proactive engineers who can foresee and troubleshoot issues before they arise. 1. Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations and building strong relationships with clients.
2. Service devices responsibly, ensuring safety and minimizing waste.
3. Manage your time effectively, prioritizing jobs to enhance efficiency.
4. Accurately complete necessary reports and certifications.

What do we look for?

Essential:

1. Experience in the Fire & Security industry
2. Valid driving license
3. Ability to lift and climb ladders
4. Previous customer-facing experience

Preferred: Relevant industry qualifications such as 18th edition/NVQ/City and Guilds/BTEC.
