Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as troubleshooting, providing field service, technical support, and performing maintenance and repair of fire and security systems. The role requires effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are met efficiently.
