Car Sales Executives Required – Aldershot

My client is a car dealership, looking to recruit an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their busy and thriving site.

OTE will be £40,000 - £45,000 with an uncapped, very competitive commission structure.

Hours are:

• Mon-Fri: 08:00 - 18:00
• Sat: 08:00 - 17:00
• Sun: as per rota (1 in 3 / 1 a month if fully staffed)

Company car provided.

Used and/or New Car Sales Executive Role:

• Experience within the Motor Trade as a Sales Executive.
• Must have experience of and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of meeting objectives.
• Determined to succeed and prepared to drive your performance on a daily basis.
• Good communicator with great customer interaction skills.
• Highly motivated with a determination to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
• Smart in appearance and well-organised.

Additional Requirements:

• Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs, and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
• Achieve and maintain a high level of new and used vehicle sales, including add-on sales.
• Actively maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business.
• Must have a valid UK driving licence.
