Ansell is looking for a Clinical Specialist to join our team in UK.

In this position you will play a vital role in providing clinical/product support to the medical sales teams and customer base to assist with the achievement of their sales targets including customer visits, product trials, product training, End User technical and product assistance.

What your role will be?

  1. Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to:
  2. Engage with clinical decision-makers to promote Ansell products and support sales.
  3. Lead technical discussions on product benefits for better healthcare outcomes.
  4. Assist sales in initiating and concluding clinical product trials.
  5. Develop and execute monthly sales/conversion plans while collaborating with peers.
  6. Maintain customer engagement through visits, meetings, and surveys.
  7. Provide technical support at exhibitions and conferences.
  8. Report competitor activities and pricing to management.
  9. Advise Regional Marketing on promotional material needs and localization.

What will you bring to Ansell?

  1. Demonstrated sales experience or similar clinical position in clinical related field
  2. A thorough knowledge of the Operating Room and hospital procedures is a must
  3. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train diverse audiences confidently and credibly.
  4. Strong ability to build trust across all levels, including senior professionals, with a respectful and adaptable approach.
  5. Persistent yet patient, with a high level of self-motivation, enthusiasm, and proactivity in achieving goals.
  6. Adaptable and flexible, open to new challenges, responsibilities, and continuous learning.
  7. Able to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a strong work ethic.

This role requires frequent field travel (up to 70%) and occasional participation in out-of-hours regional calls.
