  2. Solve complex problems with creativity and energy.
  3. Shape the products and services that drive Pearson’s future direction.

This is your chance to make a global impact in an industry that touches everyone—education.

  2. Technical Excellence: Skilled in programming, prototyping, and emerging tech (e.g., AI/ML, XR/Spatial Compute, blockchain).
  3. Creative Problem-Solving: Thrive in ambiguity and think outside the box.
  4. Attention to Detail: Meticulously document and communicate the innovation process.
  5. Systems Thinking: See the bigger picture of interconnected technologies.
  6. Passion for Learning: Curious about education and its challenges.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  1. Experience presenting technical ideas to diverse audiences.
  2. Familiarity with design thinking or rapid prototyping.
  3. Interest in neuroscience, human-computer interaction, or learning science.
  4. A strong network of technologists, engineers, and designers (especially in EdTech).

Why Join Pearson Labs?

Visibility: Collaborate with teams across Pearson and present your work to senior leaders.

Impact: Play a pivotal role in reshaping how the world learns.

Growth: Work at the cutting edge of technology and innovation.

Culture: Join a team that values curiosity, creativity, and collaboration.
