Project Manager - Cut and Carve London
TRIbuild Solutions have an opportunity for a Project Manager with expertise in cut and carve projects to lead the successful delivery of complex construction works across London. This role is ideal for a proactive and technically skilled professional looking to work on high-profile structural alteration and demolition projects. The Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of cut and carve projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate works and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage cut and carve projects from inception to completion.
2. Oversee site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained.
3. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
4. Monitor project progress, budgets, and risk management, implementing solutions where necessary.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
6. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience managing cut and carve projects.
2. Strong technical knowledge of structural alterations, temporary works, and demolition.
3. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk effectively.
4. A deep understanding of health and safety regulations related to structural modifications.

Package & Benefits:
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000, depending on experience.
