An established industry player is seeking a Dairy Equipment Regional Sales Representative to drive sales in the Midlands. This role involves proactively generating and developing new sales leads, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a background in agriculture or dairy farming and previous field sales experience. You will be responsible for building relationships with dealers and customers, providing support throughout the sales process, and achieving sales targets. If you are passionate about sales and have a knack for building relationships, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing company.

Experience in agriculture or dairy farming is desirable.
Must be PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Generate and develop new sales opportunities and leads.
Support dealers in the pre-and post-sales process.

Responsibilities:

Proactively generate and develop new sales opportunities/leads.
Close sales leads and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Track and report all sales activities.
Support the dealers during the pre-and post-sales process and provide follow-up support to both the dealer network and end users.
Give presentations to potential customers and dealers.
Read, understand and give instructions for technical drawings.
Coordinate potential distributor & customer sales visits to HQ.

Requirements:

Experience or knowledge in the Agriculture/Dairy farming sector or in farm management desirable.
Previous Field Sales experience is an advantage.
Ability to generate and maintain relationships with sales leads.
The ability to focus and work towards sales targets on a Monthly/Annual basis.
Must be PC literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Full Clean Drivers License.

Viewing of a portfolio either online or soft copy is desirable.
An attractive salary is on offer for the right candidate.
