We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Amazon Connect Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex contact center solutions for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying robust contact center solutions leveraging Amazon Connect and a broad range of AWS services. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and a team of AWS cloud engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of AWS cloud engineers in the design, development, and implementation of contact center solutions.
Architecture Design: Develop and own the overall architecture of contact center solutions, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
AWS Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, Lex, Bedrock, API Gateway, Pinpoint, etc.) to build integrated contact center solutions.
Amazon Connect Mastery: Demonstrate in-depth expertise in Amazon Connect, including contact flows, agent desktops, routing, analytics, and integration capabilities.
CDK Proficiency: Utilize AWS CDK for infrastructure as code to automate and streamline the deployment process.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, providing innovative solutions and workarounds.
Best Practices: Adhere to AWS best practices and security standards to ensure the reliability and compliance of solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in contact center technology and AWS services.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Senior Amazon Connect Architect with a strong track record of successful contact center implementations.
Deep understanding of AWS cloud services and architecture.
Proficiency in AWS CDK for infrastructure as code.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in AWS and Amazon Connect.
Experience with contact center industry standards and regulations.
Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).
