Salary - £45,000 - £50,000 + 120% OTE + Equity

Location - Fully Remote

Role Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with digital enterprises and channel partners, focusing on those headquartered in Europe.
  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing clients to maximize their utilization of the platform.
  • Craft detailed presentations and proposals for potential clients.
  • Gather and report insights on market trends, competitive landscapes, client needs, and suggestions for product enhancements.
  • Coordinate the sales process with internal teams, serving as the primary liaison between product development, compliance, and prospective clients.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • A solid background with 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a high-growth fintech startup environment.

  • A strong intellectual curiosity about the payments industry, with a passion for employing technology as a growth catalyst for businesses.
  • Exceptional team collaboration skills, positivity, and a detail-oriented mindset.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Independence in developing sales opportunities.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, with proficiency in crafting engaging content.

  • Availability for travel to industry events as required.
  • Proximity to the CET timezone (within +/- 2 hours).
