Job description

Objective: The primary objective of this role is to find new business opportunities, whilst nurturing and developing existing business. Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets in line with the company’s strategic growth plans.

Reporting to: Warehouse Supervisor

Core Alignment Responsibilities:

1. Understand and support the company's mission, vision and values

Role Responsibilities:

1. Receiving and Processing Stock: Input/ updating computerised records, unloading deliveries, checking goods for damage, and ensuring they are stored correctly.
2. Order Picking and Packing: Selecting items via RF gun from storage, based on system generated orders, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment.
3. Inventory Control: Keeping accurate records of stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks via RF gun, and reporting discrepancies.
4. Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety: Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations.
5. Operating Equipment: Using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE to move / store goods.
6. Quality Control: Inspecting products for defects and ensuring that all outgoing shipments meet quality standards.
7. Communication: Maintain good communications with clients via email / phone
8. Ad-hoc duties as requested by Management
9. May be required to carry out deliveries utilising company vehicles (Full and valid driver’s license is required, group insurance restrictions allowing)
