Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Manager at Saffron Gardens Care Home, located in the Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom. The Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and providing leadership and support to the care team. Other duties include case management, coordinating resident care plans, managing staff training, and liaising with social services and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional elder care.

Qualifications

• Skills in Case Management and managing resident care plans
• Experience in Training staff and ensuring competency
• Proficient in Elder Care and delivering high-quality support
• Knowledge of Social Services and relevant regulatory requirements
• Background in Medicine or relevant healthcare qualifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom
