About The Role:

An AJ 100 established architectural studio is looking for an Architect to join their London team on a permanent basis. The role requires the candidate to start immediately.

As the Architect, you will be focusing on large scale commercial, infrastructure and aviation projects and be a part of a highly technical Revit team working through all RIBA stages but primarily focusing on stages 4-6. You will play a key role in ensuring deadlines are met for some of the largest commercial and infrastructure schemes both in the UK and Internationally.

Experience in delivering large scale complex projects is crucial. The role offers a great amount of flexibility and remote working for a good work life balance as well as a discretionary bonus!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborating closely with Senior Architects and Associates to deliver detailed drawings for RIBA stages 4-6
2. Utilising Revit and other design tools to create and update project models and documentation
3. Specialising in Revit detailing, particularly for envelope façade design, while applying sustainability principles and a strong understanding of UK building regulations
4. Mentoring and supporting Part II Architectural Assistants, helping to develop their skills and knowledge

Key Skills/Requirements:

1. Proven experience in architectural design, with a focus on large-scale commercial, infrastructure, or aviation projects
2. A degree in Architecture and professional accreditation with the ARB
3. Strong proficiency in Revit is essential
4. Extensive experience working through RIBA stages 4-6 is essential
5. Expertise in envelope façade detailing is highly valued
6. In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, with a proven track record of working on large, complex projects
7. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external consultants
