Vobster Quay is recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic, customer-focused team. The successful candidate will join us on a permanent full-time employment basis starting from May 2025.

The Customer Service Assistant position is a team-based role with responsibilities for visitor and staff safety, customer service, and general site maintenance duties. This position will suit someone with previous experience in the service sector, preferably in a customer-facing role. A full position and candidate specification is available via the link below.

The successful candidate will join a strong, well-established team that has built our leading reputation as a popular diving, swimming, and paddle-boarding venue. This reputation is based on a clear understanding of the needs of visitors, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to extend imagination and courtesy when achieving these objectives. Basic knowledge of open water swimming and/or scuba diving would be advantageous but not essential.

Working five days per week with standard work patterns to include routine shifts, bank holidays, and weekends. You will be expected to work two weekends out of four, with the possibility of working three weekends out of four during our busy Summer season. The Summer shift times vary from 07:00 to 15:30 or 12:30 to 21:00, seven days a week.

Starting salary is circa between £24,000 – £26,000 PA, depending on experience. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate where required. Must have full right to work in the UK.
