Client Services Director (Maternity Cover) - May Start

A global retail and brand experience agency is looking for a Client Services Director to join on a fixed-term maternity cover contract, starting in May. This agency partners with some of the world's leading brands to create innovative, experience-led solutions that shape the future of retail, hospitality, and workplace environments.

This role is primarily focused on business development and client growth, making it an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven leader to strengthen key client relationships and identify new opportunities for expansion. A strong understanding of the retail sector would be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor an international account management team, ensuring high standards of client service.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive account growth and uncover new business opportunities.
• Build and strengthen client relationships, providing strategic and commercial direction.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality brand and retail experiences across global markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects that drive commercial success.

• A senior client services professional with a strong background in business development and client growth.
• Experience leading teams in a creative, branding, or experience-led design environment.
• Proven ability to grow existing client relationships and identify new commercial opportunities.
• A deep understanding of the retail sector and how brands connect with customers would be a huge bonus.
