  • 3-6 month contract with a charity in Oxfordshire
  • Fulltime role: 3-4 days per week required in the office

Job Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, ensuring the financial stability of the organisation.
  • Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning.
  • Supervise all audit and internal control processes.
  • Prepare timely and detailed financial performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management on fundraising and budget planning activities.
  • Provide guidance on cost reduction and revenue enhancement initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of financial awareness and accountability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Finance Director should have:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
  • Proven experience in a senior financial role within the Non-Profit sector.
  • Proficient knowledge of SORP
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills (small team)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to commute to the office in Oxfordshire.
