Teaching Assistants and HLTA Required Across Sefton

Positions: Teaching Assistant (Levels 1-3) and HLTA

Salary: £22,237 – £28,770 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Contract: Full-time - pro-rata if part-time/term-time

Hourly Rate: £12.11 - £15.33 per hour (actual wage based on hours worked)

Hours: Flexible, based on placement requirements

Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? We are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants and Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our team across Sefton. You will support teachers in delivering high-quality education and provide assistance to students in their learning.

Responsibilities:

1. Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom behavior.
2. Assist in the planning and preparation of lessons.
3. Provide support to students with special educational needs.
4. Monitor and assess student progress.
5. Engage with parents and guardians regarding student development.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification).
2. Experience working in an educational setting.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work as part of a team.
