Job description
We are looking for a skilled Site Manager to oversee a fire stopping project in Edinburgh. This project is due to start on Monday 31st March.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of trades and labourers, ensuring they are working productively and to a high standard.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all work meets design specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, and manage any on-site challenges that may arise.
Requirements:
- DBS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- SMSTS
- Joinery/Carpentry background
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
