Operations Supervisor (Data & Systems)

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our team.

This is an engaging role that requires intricate problem-solving and analytical skills. You’ll be joining the team responsible for delivering the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) and will play a key role in managing our candidate booking and results data.

As the Operations Supervisor, you will:

  • Manage key large datasets across various platforms, including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Pearson VUE Registration Manager, and Dynamics NAV, ensuring data is accurate and kept up to date.

  • Manage the processing, uploading and issuing of SQE results data, ensuring data is quality assured at each step and that results are issued on time.

  • Manage exam booking data, ensuring candidates are able to book their exams when required.

  • Provide analysis and reports on key datasets to help drive business decisions.

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop, test and implement system-based change requests.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as an Operations Manager, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.
