Wildfire is a company that specializes in creating branded content with targeted Discord communities to drive action for entertainment and gaming brands.

Role Description

This is a part-time, 16 hour per week role for a Finance Assistant.

You will be responsible for Accounts Payable and Receivable tasks such as paying our community managers and handling their queries, cash flow analysis and forecasting, invoicing, financial analysis, improving process and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in advertising/marketing
• Analytical Skills and Finance expertise
• Experience using Notion
• Experience with Invoicing and Accounting
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools like Xero
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
