Interim HR BP - Transformation - Transfer/Integration - London Hybrid
6 month FTC +
Working for a leading engineering consultancy, you will support the UK transition of c1000 employees. Reporting to the HR Director, you will manage the transfer of employees including reviewing and harmonising terms and conditions including bonus structure, benefits, cultural changes and SLT engagement.
CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have a proven background of managing TUPE, transfer and integration activities including reviewing and harmonising terms and conditions including bonus structure, benefits, cultural changes and SLT engagement gained within an engineering or consulting background. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to the 6 month duration working in a hybrid manner from the London office. This role could be extended for the right person.
