Job description

The Head of IR will be responsible for the full range of activities relating to the investor relations strategy and fund marketing more broadly. • Mapping and prospecting new investors, including managing the CRM
  • Organising the AGM and LPAC meetings, as well as preparing all materials
  • Managing web and social media posts
Desired Experience
  • The ideal individual will be VP or Director level in their existing firm with at least 10+ years’ experience in the industry to include time in a private placement firm or IR in a private equity fund
  • Must have been through at least one full fundraise and, whilst a "black book" is not essential, must have a strong familiarity with the global LP landscape and a track record of managing relationships and presenting to audiences
  • Top tier educational background
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong project management skills with a good eye for improving investor communications
  • A willingness to roll sleeves up and work with a high level of integrity
  • Should be motivated by a long-term biased compensation scheme.
